The No. 50 is its robusto: five and a quarter inches that carry the whole Añejo character in a compact frame. Through the middle, a toasted nut character moves forward and a seam of leather settles underneath it. In our reading, the final third is where caramel rises to meet the earth, rounding the full profile rather than sharpening it.
