The E.P. Carrillo INCH Maduro No. 70 is the grandest format in the INCH Maduro line, a 7 x 70 Gigante in dark, oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro. For those seeking a commanding E.P. Carrillo cigar in Dubai, it is a long, leisurely maduro made for serious time in the chair.
Profile: Medium to Full
Flavour Notes: Sweet earth, cocoa, espresso, cedar and spice.
Ours starts with cocoa and sweet earth, carried on a broad, cool volume of smoke that only a 70 ring can give. The full 7 inch length lets the first third linger before espresso deepens the middle, rich and dark. Cedar keeps the profile dry and structured through the long centre of the cigar. In the final stretch spice rises steadily, warming the finish and holding it on the palate. An expansive way to enjoy this maduro blend.
INCH is Ernesto Perez-Carrillo's large-format line, and every size in it carries a ring gauge of at least one full inch, 60 or more. The Maduro version wraps a dark, oily USA Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro leaf around a Nicaraguan binder and a filler of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco, rolled in the Dominican Republic. The No. 70 Gigante is the line at its grandest proportion. See every size in our E.P. Carrillo collection.
