The E.P. Carrillo INCH Natural No. 62 pairs a 62 ring with a manageable 5 inch length, the Short Gordo of the INCH Natural line. For those choosing E.P. Carrillo cigars in Dubai, it offers a wide, flavourful natural in an oily Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper without a marathon sitting.
Profile: Medium to Full
Flavour Notes: Leather, earth, coffee bean, cedar and a creamy spice.
Ours opens straight into leather and earth, the wide ring giving a full, cool draw from the start. With the shorter length the middle third comes quickly, and coffee bean takes over, roasted and smooth. Cedar sits underneath and keeps the profile dry. A creamy spice closes the cigar, warm and rounded on the palate. A compact natural that keeps all of the line's character and asks for less of the evening.
Ernesto Perez-Carrillo built the INCH line around big ring gauges: every size measures at least one inch across, a 60 ring or more. The Natural version dresses an oily Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and a filler of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos, rolled in the Dominican Republic. The No. 62 brings that blend into a short, wide format. Browse the house in our E.P. Carrillo collection.
