E.P. Carrillo New Wave Reserva Inmensos (6 x 60)

New Wave Reserva places a Connecticut Broadleaf binder beneath a light Ecuadorian wrapper, and Inmensos is its broadest size. We keep it among the premium cigars in Dubai at our boutique for guests curious about how a binder changes a Connecticut blend.

Size: 6 x 60
Shape: Gordo
Wrapper: Ecuadorian Connecticut
Binder: Connecticut Broadleaf
Filler: Nicaragua and Dominican Republic
Country of Origin: Dominican Republic

Profile: Medium-bodied, as described in release coverage. A strength rating is not published.

Flavour Notes: Not published by the maker.

How It Smokes: E.P. Carrillo does not publish tasting notes for New Wave Reserva, and the coverage we rely on describes it only as medium-bodied. We would rather not describe flavours the maker has not stated. What the blend tells us is structural: a light Connecticut wrapper on the outside and a darker Broadleaf binder within, over Nicaraguan and Dominican filler. Our team is glad to talk you through it at the boutique.

Blend Details: New Wave Reserva launched first in Europe before reaching the United States, and it differs from New Wave Connecticut in its binder: a Connecticut Broadleaf leaf under the Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, with Nicaraguan and Dominican filler. It is made in the Dominican Republic.
