The El Septimo Mi Familia Limited Edition is a collector's box of twenty handmade cigars across ten blends, produced in only 1,000 boxes worldwide. The founder of El Septimo created it as a tribute to his family, and each vitola carries a family name. For anyone exploring El Septimo cigars in Dubai, it shows the house in two voices at once: every format comes in a Connecticut and a Maduro expression.
Profile: Varies by blend, from creamy Connecticut to richer Maduro.
Flavour Notes: The Connecticut cigars are creamy, velvety and smooth with fine detail. The Maduro cigars bring deeper earth, spice, richness and a gentle natural sweetness.
We like to smoke the box in pairs: the same vitola in Connecticut, then in Maduro, on different evenings. The Connecticut side opens soft and creamy, with a velvet texture on the palate and a quiet, polished finish. Its Maduro twin starts on darker earth and a little spice, then settles into a rounded richness with a natural sweetness that grows through the final third. Moving from the slender Lancero to the wide Grand Robusto changes the pace as well as the flavour, so the box reads like a series of chapters rather than one cigar repeated.
Mi Familia is rolled by hand in Costa Rica from El Septimo's own long-aged Connecticut and Maduro tobaccos. The house does not publish the binder or filler for this collection, so we describe each cigar by character and format. It is built as a tasting journey for collectors, celebrations and considered gifting. See the wider house range in our El Septimo collection, or other boxes among our cigar samplers.
