The Gurkha Black Dragon Tubos is a special-edition Churchill that Gurkha counts among its rarest ultra-premium cigars. A 7.5 x 52 in an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper, presented in a tube, it is one of the collector's Gurkha cigars in Dubai.
Profile: Medium
Ours comes out of its tube in fine condition, the dark Ecuadorian wrapper smooth and evenly coloured. It lights with a cool, generous draw, and the first third is round and medium in weight. The Cameroon binder gives the smoke a supple texture through the long middle, where the Dominican filler builds quietly rather than forcefully. The Churchill length makes this a long, measured cigar, finishing as composed as it began.
The Black Dragon Special Edition Tubo pairs an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper with a Cameroon binder and Dominican filler, made in the Dominican Republic and rated medium by Gurkha. It is offered in one size, a 7.5 x 52.
