The Gurkha Ghost Asura is the original of Gurkha's Ghost series: a sleek, dark cigar under a Brazilian Arapiraca maduro wrapper, made in the Dominican Republic. This one is a toro, the balanced format that suits most occasions, and one of the more striking cigars in our Downtown Dubai humidor.

Flavour Notes: Sweet and earthy undertones, with lingering cocoa and cinnamon.
Ours opens sweet and earthy at once, the dark Arapiraca leaf giving a soft richness on the lips. By the middle third cocoa comes forward, and a thread of cinnamon spice runs alongside it, warm rather than sharp. The aged Criollo 98 binder keeps the layers together as the body builds towards medium to full. The cocoa and cinnamon are what linger after each draw, and they stay with you well into the finish.
A Brazilian Arapiraca maduro wrapper is complemented by an aged Criollo 98 binder and a filler of Nicaraguan and Dominican tobacco. The cigar is made in the Dominican Republic, and Gurkha rates it medium to full.
