The Gurkha Ghost Gold Asura is the second chapter of the Ghost line, richer and rounder than the original thanks to a change of wrapper. It is a medium-bodied Toro with sweetness, earth and spice in equal measure, and one of the Gurkha cigars in Dubai we reach for when a guest wants flavour without weight.

Flavour Notes: Sweet and earthy, with black pepper and a lingering cinnamon spice on the finish.
Ours opens sweet and earthy, with a soft cushion of smoke and a light dusting of black pepper on the retrohale. The first third stays round and smooth, the sweetness carrying the earth along with it. Through the middle the pepper sharpens slightly and a warm cinnamon note starts to appear. That cinnamon becomes the signature in the final third, lingering on the palate long after each draw, which is the part of this cigar we remember most.
For Ghost Gold, Gurkha replaced the original Brazilian Arapiraca leaf with a silky Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, then built the blend on a Mexican binder and long fillers from the United States, the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua.
