Almond follows in the first third with a soft fruit note. Through the middle honey and florals lift the smoke while cocoa lingers in the aroma. The blend sets sweet against bitter, and the Broadleaf adds weight to both, carrying a medium to full body into a long, even finish. In the Robusto the arc is compact and the flavours arrive a little sooner, which suits a shorter evening.

Blend Details

A hand-selected blend of tobacco from the Dominican Republic, the USA, Nicaragua and Brazil: Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, Brazilian binder, and Dominican, Brazilian and Nicaraguan filler, rolled by hand in the Dominican Republic. Cigar Coop named it 2013 Cigar of the Year with a score of 98, and later Cigar of the Decade for 2010 to 2019.
