The spice does not stay long: by the first inch it gives way to a soft honey sweetness. In the middle third floral notes lift the smoke while a deeper wood aroma fills the room. The sun-grown Corojo burns steadily, and the finish stays subtly sweet. As a Churchill, long and slim, it concentrates the wrapper and gives us a long, steady evening.

Blend Details

One of La Aurora's Original Blends, each honouring a milestone year for the house. The Corojo 1962 sets a sun-grown Dominican Corojo wrapper over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder, with Dominican and Nicaraguan filler, rolled by hand in the Dominican Republic.
