The same By Carlito Double Robusto, sealed in its own tube for travel, a yacht day or a round of golf. It is the portable form of one of the premium cigars in Dubai we carry from God of Fire.
Profile: Prometheus does not publish a strength rating for this cigar.
Flavour Notes: Prometheus does not publish detailed notes. Halfwheel's review of another By Carlito size describes baking spices and a cappuccino-like creaminess early, then cedar, black pepper and red chili flakes with a light syrup sweetness.
How It Smokes: From halfwheel's notes on the blend, expect the first third to open with baking spice and a soft, creamy texture. The middle builds cedar and wood, with black pepper and a faint sweetness arriving past halfway. The final third brings red chili and cedar forward and peaks in the last inches. The tube protects the wrapper on the move; let the cigar rest out of it for a few minutes before lighting.
Blend Details: God of Fire is the collaboration between Prometheus and the Fuente family. The By Carlito blend carries the name of Carlito Fuente, who blended it, and wraps Dominican binder and filler, aged around three years, in Cameroon leaf. Each box of ten is individually numbered and made at Tabacalera A. Fuente y Cia. in the Dominican Republic.
