Both compartments are humidor zones, each holding 16 to 22 degrees and 60 to 75 percent humidity on Spanish cedar shelves, with their own controls. Ammonia removal is fitted: a filter stage scrubs the ammonia that aging tobacco releases, so the air inside stays clean and the flavours of different boxes do not bleed into one another. This is the Silver finish of the stainless-steel shell. Each door has its own compressor and controls. Humidor zones hold 16 to 22 degrees and 60 to 75 percent humidity within one percent; wine zones hold 5 to 18 degrees. The cabinet weighs 270 kilograms, so we check the floor and the access route with you before it is delivered.
