Hidalgos is the broadest of the Línea de Oro trio at a 57 ring gauge, part of the line that celebrated 145 years of Romeo y Julieta and introduced a fuller strength to the house. Short and wide, it gives a dense, rich smoke. For guests seeking cuban cigars in Dubai with presence, our boutique holds it in the lacquered case of 20.
Profile: Medium to full, as rated by Habanos.
Flavour Notes: Habanos presents Línea de Oro as an exclusive, elegant expression of Romeo y Julieta, at medium to full strength. Vitola-specific flavour notes are not published.
How It Smokes: We read the Hidalgos through the line profile Habanos publishes. The first third is full and cool, the 57 ring producing a wide volume of aromatic smoke. Through the middle, the extra strength of Línea de Oro comes forward while the brand's balance holds. The last third closes at medium to full with weight and polish. Habanos has not released a dedicated flavour note for Hidalgos, so we describe the structure only.
Blend Details: Hidalgos uses its own Hidalgos factory format, 57 ring by 125 mm, and is presented in a high-gloss lacquered sycamore case dyed the brand's red, with the line's exclusive foot band. Made totally by hand with long filler.
