The perfecto shape is the point of the line. The tapered foot lights easily, and the flavour opens as the ring widens towards the middle of the cigar, so each smoke develops in stages rather than staying flat.

Each wrapper comes in two sizes. The 4 3/4 x 54 Small Perfecto suits a sitting of under an hour and shows the shape at its most concentrated. The 6 x 62 Large Perfecto is broad and generous, for a slow evening. Choose Connecticut if you prefer a gentler smoke and Dark Ecuador if you want more richness; the Small Perfecto in each is the simplest way to compare.
