Tabanero Original Blend cigars come from the house's earlier production years: mild, rested cigars with US Connecticut or Ecuadorian wrappers over Nicaraguan seco and Colombian viso.

Four cigars make up the line, all under the Original Blend Mild name: the Corona (5 x 42), the Corona Sweet Lips (5 x 42), the Torpedo Sweet Lips (5 x 54) and the Rothschild (4.5 x 52). The Sweet Lips versions carry a lightly sweetened tip, while the plain Corona and the Rothschild show the blend as it is.

Choose by shape and by tip. The Corona is the slimmest and suits a short pause. The Rothschild is short and wide, so it gives a fuller draw in a compact length. The Torpedo has a tapered head that focuses the smoke. If you prefer the natural taste of the leaf, take the plain Corona or the Rothschild; if you enjoy a touch of sweetness on the lips, take a Sweet Lips size.
